Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as a casual long run with a close friend has turned into a lifelong passion for movement and helping others discover what their bodies are capable of.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of coaching both individuals and groups, guiding people toward goals they once thought were out of reach. I hold certifications in Group Fitness, Personal Training, RRCA (Running), TRX, NASM Nutrition, and Prenatal Fitness. I’ve taught at boutique studios like Flywheel Sports and Orangetheory Fitness, where I’ve spent countless hours designing and leading classes that challenge and inspire.

I created Keep The Pace Run Club to bring together runners of all levels who share a love of movement, community, and growth. Alongside run coaching, I also train clients one-on-one to build strength, confidence, and balance—both in and out of the gym.

Personally, I love chasing new challenges. I’ve run over ten marathons, including the Boston, Chicago, New York, and Berlin Marathons, and I’m working toward completing all six World Marathon Majors. I’ve also fallen in love with trail running as well as ultras and completed distances up to 100 miles.

These days, one of my favorite running partners is my son. Whether we’re logging stroller miles around the city or cheering at finish lines, sharing this lifestyle with him has made running even more meaningful.

At my core, I believe movement should be inclusive, empowering, and accessible to every body.

Hey there!
I’ve been fortunate over the last 15+ years to gain incredible experience and meet amazing people through coaching lacrosse teams/individuals, group fitness fitness classes, and 1:1 training for endurance events. I’ve coached at Orangetheory, Flywheel Sports, Bowflex, and Mile High Run Club, working with athletes of all levels.
These days, my focus is on endurance sports with the specific goal of getting faster every year. The goal? Go pro in triathlon by the time I’m 45. (I've got 7 years to make it happen!).

My athletic roots are in lacrosse. I was a team captain, All-Conference, and All-American midfielder at Drexel University, and I had the privilege of representing Team Israel in four World Championship tournaments. That competitive mindset has carried over into everything I do—from coaching to chasing down my own athletic dreams.

When I’m not coaching or training, I’m usually making TikToks about Swoveralls :) or hanging with my amazing wife, Elizabeth, our twin boys, Max and Bernie, and our newest member to the Bergman family -our baby girl Belle!

My love for fitness began when I walked on to the rowing team in college (never having really participated in competitive team sports before!). Recently, I've discovered a deep appreciation for endurance running and the joy that comes from challenging my mind & body to go further and further and further.
My experience as a fitness coach began with indoor cycling and has grown to include indoor rowing, Orangetheory Fitness, and running.

Hey there!
I'm Jackie, and I grew up right outside of Syracuse, NY, and have played sports my entire life, including four years of collegiate lacrosse. I initially moved to New York City when I took on an assistant coaching position at Columbia University.
Immediately upon my NYC arrival, I became enamored with the fitness and running scene. I started coaching Orangetheory in the Fall of 2020, and have fully transitioned into fitness as my career.
I ran my first marathon in the Spring of 2022 and have since completed a total of eight. I have fallen in love with the planning and training process, and cannot wait to help others succeed in whatever race they choose to pursue.

Hi, I’m Brad!
I grew up in Burlington, Vermont, where I started out as a track sprinter — and was absolutely that guy who’d stop for pizza whenever “long run day” came around. Since then, I’ve found my stride (pun intended) in endurance running, inspired by some incredible KTP coaches who showed me what’s possible when you stick with it.

In my 20s, I dabbled in half marathons with minimal training (and maximum suffering). But by my mid-30s, I wised up, hired a run coach (the one and only Alex Prostano), and trained properly for my first NYC Marathon. It still hurt — but in the best way. Since then, I’ve been chasing new goals and new finish lines, working toward completing the World Marathon Majors (NYC, Chicago and Tokyo complete, with London up next!).

I’ve spent over 10 years in the health and fitness world, training athletes of all experience levels and helping people discover their own potential. By day, I’m the Studio Director and Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness Upper East Side. By night, you’ll probably find me at a Broadway show or hanging out with my dog, Penny.

Whether you’re tackling your first 5K or dreaming of your next marathon, I’m here to help you find your pace, stay consistent, and actually enjoy the process (yes, even the long runs).
