Bethany Welch

Founder & Head Coach

I have been involved in the fitness world for a majority of my life. What started as a long run with a dear friend has become a decade of expanding knowledge of the human body, and how it moves. 

 

Over the last ten years, I have coached both individual and group fitness. My certifications include Group Fitness, PT, RRCA (running), TRX, NASM-Nutrition, and Prenatal Fitness. I have taught for boutique group fitness establishments Flywheel Sports and Orange Theory Fitness, designing and executing programs on stationary bikes, rowers, and treadmills. I started  Keep the Pace Run Club for runners of all experiences wishing to run any distance. Simultaneously, I am a personal trainer, designing and coaching individuals to meet a wide variety of individual fitness goals. 

 

Personally, I love pushing my own fitness limits. I completed my first marathon in college, and have since completed several, including World Marathon Majors in Chicago, New York, and Berlin. While I love road races, I also love trail races and ultras! I recently completed a 100 miler. 

 

I work out to find out what I am capable of, and that is the same philosophy and mindset I bring to coaching. I am incredibly passionate about inclusivity, and believe movement should be accessible to all bodies. I currently reside in NYC, but am originally from Massachusetts.

Alex Prostano

Coach

I have been a New York City based fitness instructor, personal trainer and run coach with  10 + years of experience. 

 

When I'm not coaching my amazing clients, I am most likely training for triathlons, marathons or watching (insert trash tv ie: love island, love is blind etc) 

 

My favorite fitness mantra > “Performance over Aesthetics”

Kyle Bergman

Coach

I have over 10 years of coaching experience across both lacrosse, group fitness, and personal training. More recently, I have fallen in love with triathlons, and am on my own mission to compete with the best triathletes in the world. I love helping individuals identify a goal or race, and then putting in the hard work and dedication to achieve their dream. 

 

When I'm not training clients or doing my own training, I am most likely making TikToks about Swoveralls :).

Michelle DeSantis

Coach

-I grew up in Connecticut, and as a competitive athlete/collegiate basketball player, I decided to take my competitive nature into the fitness training and running world.

 

I am currently an Orangetheory Coach in Manhattan, with certifications in NASM and RRCA coaching. My favorite distance to race is the half marathon!

Estee Gabel

Coach

My love for fitness began when I walked on to the rowing team in college (never having really participated in competitive team sports before!). Recently, I've discovered a deep appreciation for endurance running and the joy that comes from challenging my mind & body to go further and further and further. 

 

My experience as a fitness coach began with indoor cycling and has grown to include indoor rowing, Orangetheory Fitness, and running.

Natalie Fuccillo

Coach

Hey there!

 

I'm Natalie Fuccillo, and fitness is my jam. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and RRCA Run coach, which means I love pushing myself and others to new limits.

 

Running is my passion, and I'm always up for a new challenge. I've tackled several Half Ironmans, numerous half marathons, and even conquered the NYC Marathon in 2023.

​

Before diving into the fitness world, I was a D1 Women's lacrosse athlete at James Madison University, where we snagged 3 conference championships and 1 national championship during my time on the team. Go Dukes! â€‹

​

So, whether I'm coaching a killer workout, hitting the pavement for a long run, or cheering on the run club, I'm all about fitness, fun, and community. Let's get moving!
