  • What run or fitness experience do I need?
    You don't need any! Whether you're looking to run your race, or PR on your 20th marathon, we're trained and love to work with athletes of all skill levels.
  • What equipment do I need?
    Depends! We recommend signing up for Strava (it's free), and using some sort of wearable fit tech like an Apple Watch or Garmin. We'll also set you up on our Final Surge account (which is free to you as well). Bethany's on-demand strength classes required dumbbells or kettlebells, and no equipment is required for bootcamp classes (but yoga mats, towel, and water are recommended).
  • How does pricing work?
    Our on demand library is $9.99/week, or included in any personalized run program you sign up for. The run program pricing varies depending on the type of race you are training for, but we offer payment plans and can tailor the program specifically to your needs.
  • I want to improve my running, but don't have a specific race in mind. Can you help me find one?
    Absolutely. We know about all of the local races happening the NY area, and can help you find the perfect race that makes sense for your schedule and run goals.
